Berkshire (Kurobuta) Pork

The Berkshire has a flavorful dark meat heavily marbled with fat.  It is a delicacy also referred to as Kurobuta and is juicy and rich tasting.  Our naturally fed Berkshire pork is the best tasting pork you can eat. 

All hogs are available by the half and whole animal.

100% Pure Berkshire (Kurobuta) pork is $6/lb based on the hanging weight

The hanging weight for whole hogs typically range from 140 to 180 lbs - half a hog from 70 to 90 lbs.  Sometimes they are larger - we had one that topped out at 200lbs hanging weight.
